What can I expect working with you?
You can expect to take the deep route. We will only spend time on basics (e.g. diet, supplements, basic lifestyle stuff) if you desire and need this. We will dig into emotional stuff - the stuff you’ve probably been ignoring but is at the root of your challenges. We are going to ensure you’re retraining your nervous system for flexibility, taking control of your thoughts, rewiring your brain, and working to resolve trauma. More than anything, I will give you a toolbox you can use now and in the future when new challenges arise because…let’s be honest, life has a way of throwing us curveballs. We will dip (maybe even dive) into spiritual stuff if you’re open to it since it’s so closely linked to reconnecting with our inner wisdom, the source of our self-healing. Hearing, trusting, and following your intuition, that inner voice and wisdom, is intensely healing. Expect it to be hard but so deeply rewarding and growing!

I do occasionally offer a plan on 12-session packages split into two investments otherwise, I only offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Trust me - I know what it’s like to have your finances exhausted by all the healing work you’ve been doing and more. I also know the benefit of making the stretch to participate in something. It often inspires us to greater commitment and action. I want this for you as much as you do. If a payment plan means you can get the help you need and otherwise can’t, let’s talk about it.

Yes, this is explained in the agreement we sign when you enroll in coaching with me. Essentially, I will use discretion in refunding unused sessions if hardship arises and you can’t complete your coaching package.

How much time will I need to work with you?
You will need 65-80 minutes for our sessions, which includes our session time and your preparation and follow-up work. This does not include the time you will likely commit to “doing the work” outside of our sessions. Trust me, though, this is the kind of stuff that will TAKE YOU PLACES! It’s completely worth it! Most will actually look forward to “the work” because they see and feel the benefits!
