There were many times I felt I was carrying the weight of my healing journey on my own shoulders and was incredibly fearful I wouldn’t achieve the results I desired as recovered from: depression, an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, multiple food sensitivities, adrenal fatigue (or HPA axis dysfunction), leaky gut (or gut permeability), SIBO, candida and other gut infections, Lyme disease and co-infections, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, and more!

Through each of my journeys, I uncovered more and more of the answers to my vitality and am THRIVING today! Let’s get to know one another a little bit! Tell me more about you, your needs and desires, and let’s determine if we are the right match! First, I’ll have you complete a short pre-session questionnaire to help guide our time. {30 minutes – complimentary}


Most of my clients choose to begin with a 6 or 12 week coaching package. Once we’ve mutually determined we are a good fit, our partnership will begin with a deeper get-to-know you session. During this initial session we will establish your goals for our time together.

After that, we will have weekly (or bi-monthly) sessions to check-in on how you’re doing, and to have an open and honest conversation about your successes and challenges. Each time we talk, I’ll share customized action steps, mindset tools, and loving guidance and encouragement on your journey to THRIVING!

Between coaching calls you can use email or text to ask questions that may come up. I'll respond in a timely manner.
